Eric Stahl Eric Stahl Started playing harmonica around 1967 - picked it up again on New Years Eve 2007 after a very long absence.

A little about myself

Born in Detroit and grew up in the California Sierra Nevada mountains, where my wife and I have a cabin.

Musical influences include Sonny Terry, John Mayall, Paul Butterfield, Norton Buffalo, Jimi Hendrix, Louis Armstrong, Thelonius Monk, Cannonball Adderley, Roland Kirk, Maurice Andre (I used to play classical trumpet), and most any recording of the Chicago Symphony under Fritz Reiner - basically, I love music ;-)

Caveman Stomp
''Love the tone you've got on this one. The two note bleeds are really nice and the timing you use (eg leaving gaps at the beginning) is effective''
   --htrain

Caveman Stomp
''That's the BEST tone. All that other stuff detracted IMO. A little verb or echo added to the harp on mixdown would add a little sustain that would have made it even better IMO. But the overall TONE of the harp is wonderful.''

''Wouldn't want to hear the heavy fx every time but fun for a change. Great riffs and melodic ideas.''
   --Dean

   --Rick

Granite Bay
''Kind of a strange "sound" What you played is very good though.''
   --dblues

Granite Bay
''Sounding better on take 2. RP200 effect quite good - perhaps easier listening if added some RP200 EQ treble cut? On RP250 I find many of the amp/cab effects too bright without EQ. Also switching from Amp to Mixer can give similar taming effect.''
   --tonedeft

Granite Bay
''Can tell you are having fun with that RP200. You sound healthy to me!''
   --Brown Ale Guy
