      Bluesie Bluesie

A little about myself         Im a 56 years old guy from Shefford, Québec, in Canada. I speak and write in french (mothertongue) and english. I work as a graphic designer and a printing prepress technician. I am married, have two children and grandfather of two. I play harmonica since August 2007 as a challenge from my guitar teacher. I play gigs once in a while to learn. I sing and write songs in french. I love the blues and anything with soul. Not much in pop music or heavy stuff. The first song I learned on harmonica was Backwater Blues (Bessie Smith, 1928). The interest kept growing and two or three months after, I started to buy some more harps, microphones, amp, you all know how it goes... My father was a real good player, diatonic, chromatic, bass and other types of harps but, it never got me playing. I started guitar ten years ago, writing songs and singing but, put it a bit aside for that little harp machine.

''No need to feel intimidated! You're playing's right in there. I think this one is on the cusp of going from good to very good e.g. a little over dependency on a couple notes''
         --Eric Stahl

      Duke of Cha Cha
''Well selected and defined note choice providing a "good feel" element to the B/T. Only slight problem I have.... it sounds a bit like background music...''
