''Yes, good musicians can play well together without rehersal. What you played was not very memorable in my opinion. To each their own. But like I said, if you had fun, that's all that really matters, so it's cool.''

''as i always suspected eric you are well versed in both. you must pratice knowing your instrument, to be able to fit in with confidence but that doesnt have to be with one band. so you are correct, but i wont have time due to my musical schedule.''

''Improvisation is one of the most joyous and respected aspects of music - that wouldn't exist without practice. And I think that a strength of this site is supporting both, helping folks get in a position to step into a jam.''

      Keep Up
''that point is well taken eric i understand that without any doubts pratice does make perfect. my point is to be versitlie enough to be a true musican and be able to add without pratice . guess im not on track with the norm thought process.''

''Welcome back to the Jam Spider. DBlues made a good point about bands who practice to earn a living, you made a true statement about open jams, and we all lay open for criticism when we post to try and improve in this Jam.''

      Keep Up
''sorry about this folks now i remember why i quit coming in here, sometimes you dont get the chance to pratice if it isnt grat big freaking deal just give it your best and you WILL get called back agian and again like id DO goodbye all.''

'' hey D the point i was trying to make was i play with up to 12 solo artist each night i play out, as well as up to 9 bands locally, and usually i dont get to pratice just jump in and do it, maybe that breaks the mold for some folks. get your chops prior to''

''Spider says "praticing untill its perfect that wont work on a stage" True for a jam, but all good bands practice before they get on stage! Couldn't hear much of your playing in the beginning and the rest was certainly not practiced, but glad you had fun''
